Our Teams

Our volunteer-led teams are the heart of the Otsego Main Street program. Each team sets their own agenda and works towards their own goals with the support of the Main Street Manager and the Main Street Board.

Economic vitality

The Economic Vitality Team works to improve the business climate downtown by supporting entrepreneurs and business owners. Previous projects include a market analysis, the annual Shop Local campaign, business recruitment, and trainings for business owners.

OTSEGO ARTS

Otsego Arts is a team of local artists and art-supporters working to bring arts programming and public art to Otsego by empowering and promoting local artists. Previous projects include the Art Thing art competition at the Creative Arts Festival & Plein Air painting on the riverfront.

The Design Team oversees construction and downtown beautification projects that enhance our downtown space. Previous projects include the seasonal decorations downtown, parking and road construction, and implementing the riverfront development plan.
